It’s a fact that Yelpers know how to party. Last night we witnessed it again when we brought our photo booth to another Yelp Elite Event. Held at the beautiful Astor Room in Astoria, NY, the space was decked out in Tiki décor to match the Tiki Tuesday theme. There was a LIVE Tiki band, free flowing of umbrella drinks and yummy food on sticks, hula hooping contest, and a limbo game which was the highlight of the night. It’s a skill to be able to bend your body backwards and slide under a rope after 3 or more Mai-Tai’s. In the photo booth corner, there was coconut-bra groping, leis flying, ukelele playing/hitting, Zumba dancing (wait… Zumba at a Tiki party?), and lots of shouting and laughing. It was an awesome night.
