Jenny and Gary Wedding

“A heart that loves is always young.”  -A Greek Proverb

If there are more than 30 people in line for the photo booth within 10 minutes of the wedding, we know it’s going to be a crazy fun night. Jenny and Gary celebrated their big day at Sheraton East Hotel (Flushing, NY) with family and friends who brought nonstop fun to the photo booth. Coconut bras flying everywhere, Lady Gaga wig being passed from young to old, and laughter/giggles echoing in the photo booth corner. The night flew by like a breeze! Jenny and Gary, thanks for inviting us to your fun celebration and we wish you the best! Congrats again!

Paula and Neil Wedding

“Marriage. It’s like a cultural hand-rail. It links folks to the past and guides them to the future.” -Andrew Schneider

I love multicultural weddings! They bring forth such a unique feel and experience for the couple and the guests. Paula and Neil tied the knot at the beautiful Brooklyn Botanic Garden (Brooklyn, NY) and added their Chinese and Indian customs to the wedding. My favorite was the Chinese Lion dance and the beautiful Indian sarees and sherwanis. It was a perfect combination of cultural style, tradition, and modern chic details. Congrats again to Paula and Neil! We wish you a future of joy and happiness!

Vita and Massimo Wedding

“For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.” – Judy Garland

Vita and Massimo celebrated their big day at Marina Del Rey (Bronx, NY) with family and friends, many who flew in from Italy. This was a close-knit family with lots of sweet words and affection. Maybe it was the sugar from the elaborate dessert stations (at least 8!), but the kids were the star of the show—dressing themselves up in props and taking many silly pictures and videos. Congrats to Vita and Massimo! We wish you the best!

Elicia and David Wedding

“LOVE happens, even to the biggest of skeptics.” – E&D’s wedding site

To say that Elicia and David are like a couple out of a magazine spread would be an understatement. Not only are they drop dead gorgeous, they’re also down to earth and madly in love. The views of Central Park from the 42nd floor Penthouse at Le Parker Meridien (New York, NY) was the perfect venue for the intimate affair. I especially loved the heartfelt speech by Elicia’s father, the origami centerpieces, and the energetic guests who brought non-stop fun to our photo booth. Elicia and David, congrats again and we wish you a future that’s as classy as you two are!

Cara and Robert Wedding

“Love doesn’t make the world go ’round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.” -Franklin P. Jones

How often do you get to see Mr. Met outside a Mets game? AND at a wedding?! We loved that Cara and Robert’s love for the NY Mets led to an appearance at the wedding by Mr. Met himself! He added a special element to their big day and was a hit with both children and adults. The wedding held at the unique The Firehouse Space (Brooklyn, NY) was fun, but celebrating it with your closest family and friends was the most rewarding of all. Congrats again to Cara and Robert! We wish you the best!

Jennifer and Michael Wedding

“If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without you.” -Milne

Jennifer and Michael tied the knot at the Florentines Gardens (Rivervale NJ) and it had many things I love about a wedding—intimate venue, romantic florals, adorable baby photos, father/daughter dance with an unexpected twist, and a GORGEOUS couple who’s madly in love. The icing on the cake was the bride who was so sweet and easy to work with. To the happy couple, congrats again and we wish you a lifetime of love and laughter!

Kara and Dave Wedding

“I love you – those three words have my life in them.” -Alexandrea

Kara and Dave’s wedding was held at the Trump National Golf Club (Westchester, NY), which is one of the most highly regarded golf courses in the northeast. Beautiful greenery, 101-foot waterfall, winding streams, and stone bridges made for the perfect backdrop for the wedding. Our favorite part was the speech given by the Kara’s father when he talked about how nervous Dave was asking for her hand in marriage. It was so sweet! 🙂 Congrats to the happy couple! May you enjoy many many wonderful years together as husband and wife!

Julia and Jamey Wedding

“Sexiness wears thin after a while, and beauty fades. But to be married to a man who makes you laugh every day, ah, now that’s a real treat.” -Joanne Woodward

It was our first time at The Foundry (Long Island City, NY) and we quickly fell in love with it! From the exposed brick walls to the high ceiling with huge skylights, the whole space felt warm, intimate, and romantic. We also love working with fun couples—Jamey and Julia dug up yearbook pictures from 20-25 years ago just to display on Sweet Booth’s digital photo frame. Old hilarious pictures are the best to share at weddings! 🙂 Congrats again to the awesome couple!

Shannon and Brendan Wedding

“Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.” -Robert Heinlein

Shannon and Brendan’s wedding was held at at the gorgeous Chateau La Mer (Long Island, NY), which was set on the Great South Bay and had spectacular panoramic waterfront views. The ceremony was held only a few feet from the water! *Swoon* The bride’s cousin Charissa surprised the couple with the photo booth and on-site scrapbook, and worked with us throughout the entire process. She’s truly the sweetest cousin a bride could ever ask for! Congrats again to the happy couple!

Karen and Ben Wedding

“Love makes your soul crawl out from its hiding place.” – Z. Hurston

Karen and Ben’s wedding at The Green Building (Brooklyn, NY) was perhaps the most casual and relaxing wedding we’ve been to. It didn’t have some of the traditional wedding staples such as formal wedding attire, elaborate centerpieces, DJ, and plated meals. Instead, guests brought a dish they had prepared like they were going to a Sunday backyard potluck and everyone was in casual attire just hanging out, eating/drinking, and catching up. I LOVED how it was so simple and intimate, which was exactly what the couple wanted. Karen and Ben, congrats again!!
