It’s a fact that Yelpers know how to party. Last night we witnessed it again when we brought our photo booth to another Yelp Elite Event. Held at the beautiful Astor Room in Astoria, NY, the space was decked out in Tiki décor to match the Tiki Tuesday theme. There was a LIVE Tiki band, free flowing of umbrella drinks and yummy food on sticks, hula hooping contest, and a limbo game which was the highlight of the night. It’s a skill to be able to bend your body backwards and slide under a rope after 3 or more Mai-Tai’s. In the photo booth corner, there was coconut-bra groping, leis flying, ukelele playing/hitting, Zumba dancing (wait… Zumba at a Tiki party?), and lots of shouting and laughing. It was an awesome night.

We brought our Theater Screen photo booth to SNAP Interactive’s summer party on the Marco Polo Cruise in New York City. It was our first time bringing our photo booth on a boat and I’m proud to say that we mastered the skills of balancing ourselves while setting up and operating our booth on a rocky boat! SNAP Interactive (they develop awesome Facebook apps) hosted a dinner cruise for its employees and had a DJ, dance floor, open bar, and even karaoke on a double-decker cruise ship. The weather was perfect and we sailed around the New York Harbor all the way down to the Statue of Liberty. We were completely mesmerized by the beautiful sunset and the views… it was an experience we will never forget!

To all of you who were there, we hope you had fun inside our photo booth! Thank you for inviting us to your fun summer party!

I just witnessed the BEST rooftop view in New York City – the Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel. The view absolutely breathtaking and we felt like we could touch all of the skyscrapers in midtown! We brought our Theater Screen photo booth to another Yelp Elite Event and we set up a backdrop and props to match the Sunday Funday Pool Party theme with a beach ball, straw hat, water gun (everyone’s favorite!), inflatable crab, funky shades, and martini glasses. The evening was filled with yummy Coruba Rum drinks, delicious food (the crab cakes are to die for), and as usual, NONSTOP crazy fun inside our photo booth. Yelp Elites never cease to amaze us with their hilarious poses!

Wow, what a night! We had a blast bringing our Theater Screen photo booth to a Yelp Elite Event yesterday at d.b.a. in Brooklyn NY. It was our first ever “THEMED PHOTO BOOTH” and we picked a luau theme to kick off the official start of summer. We set up a Hawaiian grass backdrop and provided colorful leis, tropical sunglasses, straw hats, inflatable ukulele, tiki head, coconut cup, and coconut bras (biggest hit of the night!). It was so much fun that we want to have a theme at every event from now on!
